INTELLYK HEALTHCARE is hiring a Manufacturing Recruiter in Pierceton, IN (onsite). Responsibilities Support the onboarding procedure for new hires, including: Printing and distributing new-hire materials Conducting site tours Answering questions from new employees during onboarding ( #NON-ALITE2026 ) Recruit for manufacturing and industrial positions , including roles with multiple shift options Requirements Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently once trained on specific tasks Ability to recruit candidates for roles with multiple shift schedules , such as 6am, 7pm, or 12am reporting times Experience with recruiting , preferably including manufacturing industry background (manufacturing/industrial jobs recruiting experience) Preferable experience with SAP Successfactors Work ethic is a key requirement for this site Technology SAP Successfactors Benefits Pay: USD 25 - 30 per hour Work Location: In-person #J-18808-Ljbffr INTELLYK HEALTHCARE
