We are looking for a dynamic and organized On-Site Coordinator to oversee and manage daily operations at our client’s location.

Key Responsibilities:

• coordinate daily staffing needs, including scheduling, check-ins, and shift coverage.
• Address and resolve attendance issues and workforce concerns promptly.
• Act as the main point of contact between the client and the company.
• Ensure all employees adhere to workplace safety protocols and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of employee hours, attendance, and performance.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management.

Schedule: 2nd shift 12pm-4pm start subject to change based off business needs, must be available to work weekends
