Now Hiring: On-Site Coordinator

Shift: 2nd and 3rd shift openings

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated On-Site Coordinator to oversee daily staffing operations at our client's facility. This role is responsible for ensuring employees are properly scheduled, maintaining strong communication with the client, supporting the workforce, and helping daily operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and can adapt to changing business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily staffing needs, including employee scheduling, shift assignments, attendance tracking, and filling open shifts.
• Check employees in at the beginning of their shifts and provide support throughout the workday.
• Address attendance issues, call-offs, tardiness, and employee concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the client, employees, and Epic HR.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with both the client and employees while providing excellent customer service.
• Ensure employees follow all company policies, workplace safety procedures, and client expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, hours worked, performance, and other required documentation.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
• Assist with employee coaching, disciplinary documentation, and resolving workplace concerns when needed.
• Support new hire orientations, onboarding, and employee training as required.
• Work closely with management to ensure staffing levels meet the client's daily operational needs.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Schedule

Open Availability Required: Candidates must be available to work any shift , including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts , as well as weekdays, weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed. Start times and schedules are subject to change based on business and client needs. Flexibility, reliability, and the ability to adapt to changing schedules are essential for success in this role.
