Compensation: $60,000–$80,000 annual base salary, based on experience, plus performance-based bonus opportunities

\n

Nectar Life is looking for a hands-on sales professional who can find new business opportunities, build wholesale relationships, and bring our products directly to customers through live commerce.

\n

\n

You are comfortable picking up the phone, reaching out to prospective buyers, presenting products on camera, and closing the sale. You understand what motivates people to buy, how to communicate a product's value, and how to turn interest into action.

\n

\n

You don't wait for opportunities to appear. You create them.

\n

\n

This role combines wholesale business development with the excitement of live selling on platforms such as TikTok Live and Whatnot. You'll use your sales instincts, creativity, and AI tools to develop new revenue channels and help Nectar grow.

\n

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

\n

Wholesale Growth & Business Development

\n

\n
• Identify, research, and pursue new wholesale accounts and business opportunities.
\n
• Build targeted prospect lists and execute outbound outreach through email, phone, social media, and other appropriate channels.
\n
• Develop relationships with prospective buyers, communicate Nectar's value, and convert opportunities into new accounts.
\n
• Manage your sales pipeline from initial contact through follow-up, negotiation, and closing.
\n
• Grow existing wholesale relationships and identify opportunities for additional revenue.
\n
• Support sales opportunities through online wholesale marketplaces, including platforms such as Faire.
\n

Live Commerce & Social Selling

\n

\n
• Plan, develop, and personally host live selling events on platforms such as TikTok Live and Whatnot.
\n
• Demonstrate products confidently and create an engaging, entertaining shopping experience.
\n
• Develop show concepts, product presentations, scripts, promotions, and offers that motivate customers to buy.
\n
• Interact naturally with viewers, answer questions, and convert audience engagement into sales.
\n
• Experiment with show formats, selling techniques, and product combinations to improve performance.
\n
• Track live-commerce sales, audience engagement, and conversion to identify what works.
\n

AI-Powered Sales Execution

\n
• Use AI tools to research prospective customers, accounts, markets, and competitors.
\n
• Develop more effective, personalized outreach and follow-up communications.
\n
• Use AI to prepare sales presentations, product talking points, live-show scripts, and responses to customer objections.
\n
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive sales tasks while maintaining a personal approach.
\n
• Apply AI-assisted research and analysis to improve prospecting, productivity, and sales results.
\n

Sales Performance & Ownership

• Take responsibility for generating new opportunities and turning them into measurable revenue.
\n
• Maintain an organized pipeline and consistent follow-up.
\n
• Monitor wholesale and live-commerce performance and adjust strategies based on results.
\n
• Work directly with leadership and internal teams to develop and execute new sales initiatives.
\n
• Bring ideas forward, test them, learn from the results, and continuously improve.
\n

WHAT YOU BRING

\n

\n
• Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, account development, or another revenue-generating role.
\n
• Hands-on experience with outbound prospecting, lead generation, and managing sales opportunities.
\n
• Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
\n
• Confidence presenting products, communicating on camera, and engaging with customers during live selling events.
\n
• A natural ability to tell a compelling product story, connect with an audience, and motivate customers to purchase.
\n
• Practical experience using AI tools for research, outreach, productivity, or business workflows.
\n
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently manage multiple opportunities.
\n
• A proactive, resourceful approach and willingness to personally execute the work rather than simply oversee it.
\n

EXPERIENCE WE ESPECIALLY VALUE

• Wholesale or B2B sales and account development.
\n
• Experience with TikTok Shop, TikTok Live, Whatnot, or other live-commerce platforms.

• Experience with wholesale marketplaces such as Faire.
\n
• Background in beauty, personal care, consumer products, gifting, or lifestyle brands.
\n
• Experience selling through e-commerce or social media channels.
\n
• Experience developing AI-assisted prospecting, outreach, or sales workflows.
