HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST
US Marine Corps
Duties
You will serve as a staff advisor and consultant on the recruitment and placement program.
You will conduct studies and analyses of Human Resources Programs.
You will provide continuing advice and guidance on recruitment and staffing, basic employment policy, appointment authorities, affirmative action programs, reduction-in-force, equal employment opportunity objectives, and the Federal merit system.
You will maintain and ensure command-wide position classification accuracy and consistency in interpreting and applying position classification standards.
