Our client, the healthcare industry, is seeking a Medical Office Clerk to join their team. As a Medical Office Clerk, you will be part of the administrative support team supporting multiple departments. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a positive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Medical Office Clerk

Location: Foxborough, MA

Pay Range: $18 - $20

Shift: 8:00AM - 5:00PM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Perform accurate and timely data entry for patient records, orders, and documentation
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, healthcare providers, and referral sources via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Assist multiple departments such as intake, billing, scheduling, and compliance as needed
• Verify and update patient information while maintaining strict confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
• Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy of all documentation

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in healthcare, medical office, or administrative support preferred
• Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
