Job Type: Regular Work Location: Market – SAMDA – CT – Connecticut North Market Sales Manager – Overview 2020 Companies has partnered with Samsung Electronics America to hire a full‑time Market Sales Manager. You will be the face of Samsung in your market, directly engaging consumers and showcasing the latest technology. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional sales performance: achieve and exceed market sales targets through communication, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building. Identify and nurture sales opportunities, proactively approach customers, and convert interest into purchases. Analyze sales data to identify trends and continuously optimize sales strategies. Engage customers in conversation, actively listen to their needs and recommend Samsung products that align with their preferences. Demonstrate extensive product knowledge of Samsung’s digital appliance line, including features, benefits, and competitive differentiators. Schedule and facilitate sales and product training with front‑line store associates and managers. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of promotions, discounts, and exclusive offers to communicate incentives. Complete merchandising projects within assigned timelines. Provide insights to enhance the customer experience and submit competitive insights to leadership. Implement and maintain Samsung merchandising displays across the market. Meet or exceed sales goals, weekly in‑store time goals, and prescribed training targets. Visit multiple store locations daily and weekly, executing sales activities and maintaining relationships with merchant store and district leadership. Record and maintain documentation for each visit. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; business degree preferred. Minimum six (6) months of experience in sales, promotion, or brand advocacy. Demonstrated knowledge of Samsung products and services. Reliable transportation and minimum liability auto insurance coverage. Ability to travel within a 50‑mile radius of home. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects such as boxes, equipment, and furniture as needed. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, retail team environment. Flexible schedule to work weekends or non‑standard shifts. Autonomous and capable of working without direct supervision. Strong written and verbal communication with quick responsiveness. “Do whatever it takes” attitude, positive mindset, and passion for engaging consumers.
