We're growing quickly and looking for ambitious people who want to help build the company alongside us.Nen Creative is looking for a Creative Recruiter to help us identify, source, and screen top talent — with a clear priority on creative roles across video production, motion, design, and creative operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong taste who understands creative work deeply and knows how to identify high-potential talent beyond just resumes. You'll work closely with our leadership and production team to help scale the company by building a stronger hiring pipeline across a range of disciplines — creative first, but ultimately everything from production to operations to client leadership.What You'll DoSource and identify creative talent across production, animations, cinematography, editing, design, and other creative rolesReview portfolios, reels, resumes, and past work to help identify strong candidatesConduct initial outreach, screenings, and introductory interviewsHelp organize and improve our hiring process, candidate pipeline, and recruiting systemsWork closely with leadership to understand hiring needs, skill gaps, and role requirementsCoordinate interviews, feedback, and candidate communicationHelp proactively build relationships with high-quality creative talent before hiring needs become urgentAssist with writing and refining job postings and recruiting materialsSupport both freelance/contract and full-time hiring effortsWhat We're Looking ForStrong understanding of creative industries, including video production, motion design, branding, or digital designStrong creative judgment and ability to evaluate portfolios and reelsComfortable speaking with creative talent and assessing fit beyond technical skill aloneExperience recruiting for creative, agency, startup, or production environments preferredSelf-directed and able to operate independentlyStrong proficiency in utilizing tools & AI to improve workflowsComfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environmentStrong attention to detail and follow-throughWhy Join UsWork directly with the partners on ambitious, high-impact projects across some of the most interesting companies in techOwn hiring end-to-end, with real influence over who joins and how the team growsHelp shape the brands, narratives, and stories of the next generation of tech companiesMedical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), PTO, and company holidays
