Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Full Stack Java Developer / Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong backend development expertise, experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery, excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, and a solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, develop scalable solutions, and support end-to-end software delivery.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in software development and business analysis.
• Strong expertise in Java, Python, and Full Stack Development with a focus on backend development.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and technical analysis skills.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience integrating with or supporting third-party enterprise applications, including Workforce Management (WFM), CRM, and Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) platforms.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java and Python, with a strong emphasis on backend services.
• Analyze business requirements and deliver technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and support integrations with GCP, BigQuery, and third-party systems such as WFM, CRM, and ACD platforms.
• Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, support system enhancements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Good to have knowledge on: WFM (WorkForce Management), API Integrations.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
