Mondays Only | $60–$65/Hour + Team Production Bonus | New Grads Welcome
Our growing practice in Sorrento Valley is looking for an enthusiastic, patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our team.
This is a great position for a hygienist looking to add a consistent day to their schedule, supplement their current hours, or find a part-time opportunity with a supportive team.
We pride ourselves on creating a positive, drama-free environment where hygienists are valued for their clinical expertise and patient relationships.

Our practice takes a comprehensive approach to patient care, with a strong focus on establishing a healthy foundation for every patient. Our doctors and hygienists work collaboratively to identify periodontal needs and provide individualized treatment recommendations.
We are looking for someone who is caring, professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience .
Responsibilities- Welcome patients and create a comfortable, positive experience
- Perform oral screenings and periodontal assessments
- Identify gingivitis, periodontal disease, and other oral health conditions
- Provide appropriate preventive and periodontal hygiene procedures
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Build strong relationships with patients and provide excellent chairside care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Follow sterilization and infection control protocols
- Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive patient care
- Diploma or degree in Dental Hygiene
- Active California Dental Hygiene License
- Valid CPR certification
- Basic knowledge of dental practice management software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Caring, professional, and positive personality
- New graduates are welcome to apply
