Client Service Specialist

Job Description

A large commercial banking client is seeking a client-focused banking professional to serve as a key contact for commercial clients throughout the relationship lifecycle. This individual will coordinate onboarding activities, address service requests, and partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for commercial banking clients and relationship managers.
• Guide clients through account setup, treasury implementation, and ongoing service needs.
• Coordinate with operations, treasury, and product teams to ensure timely resolution of requests.
• Monitor client inquiries and research issues through to completion.
• Build strong internal partnerships to support client satisfaction and retention.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional banking products and services when appropriate.
• Escalate complex issues and advocate for clients to ensure successful outcomes.
• Maintain a high level of responsiveness, accuracy, and professionalism.

Skills and Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in banking, treasury management, commercial client service, or related financial services roles.
• Understanding of commercial deposit products, cash management solutions, and business banking services.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and client relationship or banking platforms.
