Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will:

• Provide therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, employing evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct both joint and individual sessions, facilitating open communication and addressing complex family dynamics.

• Assess and develop treatment plans addressing issues such as grief, job stress, and communication difficulties, ensuring compassionate care throughout.

• Utilize telehealth platforms to conduct sessions, maintaining a flexible schedule that accommodates client needs and enhances accessibility.

• Participate in regular team meetings, contributing to case discussions and collaborative care strategies to enhance treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at New Horizons, you will work with a diverse range of clients. Our patient population includes adults, children, and adolescents facing various challenges such as relationship issues, family conflicts, addiction, and adjustment to life changes, including separation and divorce. • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
