We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing San Diego team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of projects while engaging directly with clients, design professionals, contractors, and public agencies. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with strong technical expertise and a passion for guiding projects from planning and design through construction and closeout.

What You'll Do

• Represent owners' interests throughout all phases of project delivery.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, and overall project performance.
• Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and public agencies.
• Oversee estimating, scheduling, constructability reviews, and project controls.
• Manage procurement processes, bid administration, and contract development.
• Monitor project financials and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality and schedule objectives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation for clients and stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and guidance throughout design, permitting, construction, and project closeout.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7+ years of project management experience involving commercial, hospitality, public works, or civic projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, estimating, scheduling, contract administration, and project controls.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using MS Project, Bluebeam, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working for an Owner's Representative firm, developer, or developer-builder.
• Experience managing both vertical construction and civil/infrastructure projects.
• Proven success in coordinating and managing design consultants and contractors.
• Familiarity with public agency processes and development-related approvals.

• Primarily office and project-site based, with flexibility for occasional remote work as business needs allow. Local candidates or those willing to relocate to San Diego preferred.
