HR & Operations Coordinator (Inventory + Scheduling + Executive Support) DMR Drones – Lafayette, Louisiana DMR Drones is a fast‑growing drone manufacturing and technology company based in Lafayette, LA. We design, assemble, and ship advanced agricultural and commercial drones right here in Louisiana. As we scale rapidly, we’re hiring an HR & Operations Coordinator to support the day‑to‑day systems that keep a manufacturing startup running: onboarding, scheduling, inventory tracking, administrative coordination, and executive support. This is an ideal role for someone who is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and enjoys being the person who keeps everything moving smoothly.
