Omega Foundation Services, Inc is looking for a Benefits Coordinator to join the team! Job Type: Full-time Job Duties: Assist new hires with benefit enrollment, including explaining plan options, eligibility requirements, and enrollment deadlines Coordinate and manage the onboarding process related to employee benefits. Maintain accurate employee benefits records in HRIS and payroll systems. Update payroll systems with accurate benefit deductions, ensuring proper processing and compliance with plan elections. Reconcile monthly billing statements from benefits providers and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, claims, and coverage issues. Communicate benefits information to employees through meetings, written materials, and presentations. Monitor employee eligibility for benefits and process qualifying life event changes (e.g., marriage, birth, termination). Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations related to employee benefits. Assist with open enrollment planning, communication, and execution. Work with insurance carriers and vendors to address issues and maintain service quality. Generate reports related to benefits usage, costs, and participation for HR and leadership. Support audits of benefits programs and maintain proper documentation.
