Director of Operations

What your future day will look like: Lead multiple service operations while ensuring performance expectations, contractual obligations, and business objectives are consistently achieved. Develop, mentor, and support managers and supervisors through coaching, training, succession planning, and performance management. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and business partners while resolving issues and identifying opportunities for growth. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial performance, resource allocation, and operational efficiency across assigned accounts and projects. Support business development efforts through estimating, proposal support, project transitions, client presentations, and networking activities. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality programs, company policies, and applicable regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Strong knowledge of facilities, maintenance, environmental, or service-based operations, including safety and regulatory compliance requirements. Ability to travel approximately 25%.
