Registered Nurse (RN) - Cath Lab

Registered Nurse Cath Lab

On-call requirement: 7 call days per 2-week pay period, including 2 nights per week (post-shift) and 1 weekend every 2 weeks.

Requirements:

• Current state license or COMPACT license
• ACLS certification
• BLS certification
• NIHSS certification
• Minimum 1.5 years of cath lab experience (2 years preferred)
• EPIC charting experience required
• Neuro skills highly preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care in the Cath Lab during diagnostic and interventional procedures.
• Monitor patients during procedural sedation and manage arrhythmias.
• Administer IV therapy and maintain intravenous access.
• Respond to STEMI calls and participate in related procedures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain documentation in the EPIC electronic medical record system.
