HPA Healthcare is seeking a Board-Certified OB/GYN Physician / OB Hospitalist for a high-acuity locum tenens opportunity in Minnesota .

Initial Assignment: November 16, 2026 – February 14, 2027 , with ongoing coverage anticipated.

This assignment provides physicians the flexibility to work either 12-hour or 24-hour in-house shifts while caring primarily for a high-risk obstetric population with extensive Maternal-Fetal Medicine support.

MFM physicians are available in-house during the day and on call overnight , providing 24/7 specialist support.

Pay Ranking: Top 10% – Premium OB/GYN Locum Tenens Compensation

24-Hour In-House Pay: $6,000/shift

12-Hour In-House Pay: $3,000/shift

Equivalent Pay: $250/hour for all hours in-house

At $250/hour equivalent, this opportunity ranks approximately in the Top 10% of comparable OB/GYN locum tenens compensation nationally , making it particularly attractive for physicians comfortable with high-risk OB Hospitalist coverage.

• Predominantly high-risk obstetric population
• Approximately 11–12 deliveries/day
• Level II nursery
• 24/7 MFM access
• MFM in-house during daytime hours
• MFM on call overnight
• Another Allina OB/GYN is also in-house
• No resident supervision
• Epic / Excellian EMR
• OBIX electronic fetal monitoring
• Minnesota license highly preferred
• IMLC required without an active Minnesota license
• Client willing to license
• Emergency temporary privileges may be available for clean files
