Accounts Receivable Specialist - O2C & Agency Billing
Rakuten Kobo Inc.
Rakuten Rewards is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to own a portfolio of customer, advertiser, and agency accounts within the Order to Cash team. You will drive the collections lifecycle end-to-end, including proactive outreach, dunning, dispute resolution, and unapplied cash resolution, ensuring adherence to contractual terms and influencing cash flow. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with agency-managed billing, and proficiency in AR systems such as Oracle and #J-18808-Ljbffr Rakuten Kobo Inc.
