We're seeking a Project Coordinator to work at a premier organization in Bentonville, AR. With us, it's all about finding the job that's just right.

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $25/hr

Shift: 1st * NOTE: This is a 12 month contract.

What's a typical day as Project Coordinator? You'll be:

• Processing a high volume of OPEX invoices related to office operations and third-party vendor services.
• Managing invoice tracking, validation, and payment processing with a high degree of accuracy.
• Supporting office operations, including scheduling maintenance and contractors, coordinating IT-related needs, managing badge issuance/access, and procuring office supplies.
• Assisting with coordination of client meetings and visits, including arranging travel, hotel, and catering.
• Reporting to local office management and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have experience in accounts payable, invoice processing, or administrative support roles (must have).
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills (must have).
• Are efficient in managing high-volume, transactional work.
• Are comfortable working with multiple systems and learning new tools quickly.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Are able to work in-office 2-3 days per week as needed, aligning with the local team's schedule.
