Responsibilities Be a Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver, working independently or as a team to service ADP’s products and technology. Build relationships with clients via phone, email, and/or chat, striving to exceed client expectations. Educate and provide recommendations using ADP product knowledge to help clients understand the value of our solutions. Organize work to manage a high volume of inbound calls, adhering to a daily schedule and maintaining productivity during peak seasons. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in a client service, customer service, or systems integration environment. Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons. College degree is a plus but not required. Alternative qualifying experience includes military service that demonstrates teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust‑building, and a mission‑driven mindset.
