Solari Enterprises, Inc. seeks a full-time, non-exempt Community Manager for a Desert Hot Springs, CA community. You will report to a Regional manager and handle all on-site operations, including administration, rent collection, and occupancy maintenance. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in property management, supervisory experience, and strong knowledge of Fair Housing, HUD/TCAC/City inspections.
