Senior Community Manager - LIHTC/HUD (Floating) IE/Desert

Quality Management Group in California is seeking a Senior Community Manager (Floating) to lead operations across affordable housing communities. This role provides on-site leadership when Community Managers are unavailable and supports compliance oversight. You will collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Accounting, and onsite teams to ensure property performance, regulatory compliance, and strong resident experiences. Must have LIHTC/HUD experience and 3–5 years in PM at CM level. #J-18808-Ljbffr Kids for the Future
