The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Lead and manage internal and external audits (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Oversee root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for non-conformances.
• Manage supplier quality, including evaluations and performance monitoring.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for product and process quality.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Develop and deliver quality-related training programs for employees.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Proven ability to implement and improve quality processes and systems.
• Strong knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and other quality tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience managing a team.
