We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join its growing litigation practice. This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney who enjoys handling sophisticated civil litigation and is looking to build a long-term career with a highly respected insurance defense firm. The ideal attorney will have experience managing all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings and motions, conducting written discovery, taking and defending depositions, legal research, investigation, client communication, trial preparation, and courtroom appearances. Trial experience is a plus but not required. This insurance defense practice represents manufacturers, insurance carriers, and businesses in complex civil litigation matters throughout Oklahoma and across the United States.
