Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discounts Health insurance Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Training & development Vision insurance Warehouse Assistant Department: Logistics Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Saturday rotating schedule Typical Shift: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Meal Break: 30 minutes Compensation: Based on experience and company pay structure Position Summary The Warehouse Assistant supports daily warehouse operations, including receiving, staging, transfers, inventory control, order preparation, and general warehouse organization. This position requires accuracy, reliability, physical capability, and strict compliance with company inventory and logistics procedures. Key Responsibilities Receive, count, inspect, and organize incoming merchandise. Prepare and stage merchandise for store deliveries and transfers. Verify products, quantities, and supporting documentation. Assist with loading and unloading company vehicles. Maintain accurate warehouse organization and product locations. Support cycle counts, physical inventory, and discrepancy investigations. Report shortages, damages, overages, or incorrect merchandise immediately. Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization. Assist Drivers and Logistics personnel with daily operational needs. Follow all company procedures related to inventory, receiving, transfers, and documentation. Requirements Previous warehouse, inventory, or distribution experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and basic mathematical skills. Ability to use scanners, tablets, smartphones, and inventory systems. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and move merchandise. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Availability to work a rotating Monday–Saturday schedule.
