Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $19.10 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeMon04:00 PM - 12:00 AMTue04:00 PM - 12:00 AMWed04:00 PM - 12:00 AMThur04:00 PM - 12:00 AMSun04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and communicating with appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, offices, loading docks, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate logs and reports for security-related incidents, patrols, and daily activities. Support a professional work environment by observing and reporting hazards, unusual conditions, policy violations, and maintenance concerns to site leadership or designated contacts. Minimum Requirements Possess at least one year of security-related experience. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
