As a Screener at a dynamic logistics and distribution location, you will help maintain a secure environment by screening people and property, monitoring access points, and reporting unusual activity. You will provide professional customer service, communicate clearly with team members, and support loss prevention efforts. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.22 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri06:00 AM - 02:00 PMSat06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and access screening requirements at a logistics and distribution location. Screen employees, visitors, contractors, packages, and/or belongings in accordance with established procedures and report irregularities to appropriate personnel. Operate screening equipment and perform required documentation, maintaining professional communication and attention to site-specific protocols. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response activities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned screening areas, business operations, and perimeter locations as directed. Minimum Requirements: Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Loss prevention experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
