About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Growth and Strategy for its Energy Infrastructure and Automation business area. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of account managers, business developers, and strategy professionals to establish and nurture relationships with customers and strategic partners. This role is pivotal in driving the company's revenue growth and margin expansion through the development and implementation of both near-term and long-term business strategies. The VP will also be involved in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including potential mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships, and will be expected to have a deep understanding of the energy utility market. Applicants for the Vice President position should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 15 years of related growth experience, with a proven track record in leading business development teams and growing a large portfolio. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and effectively lead large and diverse teams. Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to create and maintain mutually beneficial relationships both internally and externally. The VP will be expected to drive a robust pipeline of opportunities, execute win strategies, and ensure that the company's growth objectives are met in alignment with the P&L organization.
