About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Growth Operations with a strong background in federal government contracting. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and strengthening the processes, intelligence, and resources that support the company's expansion and growth in the federal market. This hands-on leadership role involves overseeing multiple teams, including proposal, business development, and rapid task order response, and working closely with sector leaders to drive disciplined, coordinated growth. The VP will be tasked with connecting corporate growth requirements to a qualified pipeline, strengthening opportunity qualification and capture discipline, and providing the market and competitive intelligence needed to identify new opportunities and improve win outcomes. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' experience in federal government contracting growth, business development, proposal management, capture, strategy, or related fields, with a proven track record of success. The role requires a deep understanding of the federal business development lifecycle, experience in supporting various federal agencies, and the ability to operate within a matrixed organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong executive presence, the ability to influence senior leaders, and a demonstrated capacity to build and enhance a scalable growth model. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required, and the role demands continuous improvement of the company's growth infrastructure, tools, processes, and operating cadence.
