Sales Support Representative

Position Summary

Responsibilities:

• Compliance workflows for payment programs, agreements, and EFINs for customers
• Assist sales consultants with order errors and questions
• Communicate with customers to assist with questions
• Review incoming customer/EFIN submissions for completeness and accuracy
• Verify EFIN status and preparer credentials against IRS and internal databases
• Flag inconsistencies, fraud indicators, or policy violations for further investigation
• Approve, deny, or escalate applications per risk guidelines and SLAs
• Document decisions and maintain audit-ready records
• Collaborate with fraud, compliance, and customer support teams on edge cases

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a sales support or risk operations role
• Familiarity with IRS e-file requirements and EFIN processes (or willingness to learn)
• Comfortable working in high-volume, deadline-driven queues

Skills:

• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Salesforce
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Education: Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
