Job Description
We are seeking a professional and friendly Bilingual Legal Receptionist to be the first point of contact for a busy law firm. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service, staying organized, and working in a professional office environment.
Spanish/English fluency is required.
What You'll Do
- Welcome clients, visitors, and guests with a professional and friendly attitude
- Answer and direct calls using a multi-line telephone system
- Provide excellent customer service to callers and visitors
- Open and close the front lobby according to established procedures
- Receive, review, and distribute incoming faxes and deliveries
- Assist with mailroom and mail-routing duties
- Schedule and coordinate conference and interview rooms
- Prepare conference rooms for meetings and depositions
- Maintain forms, logs, statistics, binders, and routing guides
- Assist with legal administrative projects, including: data entry, mass mailing, and scanning
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Previous reception or customer service experience strongly preferred
- Professional appearance and friendly, positive attitude
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Dependable and detail-oriented
- Willingness and enthusiasm to learn
- Some college preferred
- Knowledge of legal terminology or documents is a plus
