Receptionist

Hansel Toyota is looking for a Full-Time Receptionist to work in our Petaluma facility! The right candidate will have professional telephone manners, be great with people, and customer service experience.Location: Fully onsite at Hansel Toyota in Petaluma, CASchedule: Full-Time Monday- Friday 8:30am-5:00pmKey Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Greeting and assisting guests in a professional and friendly mannerWelcoming, directing, and assisting visitors both in person and over the phoneNotifying dealership personnel of visitor arrivalsMaintaining showroom traffic logs and telecommunications systemsSupporting team operations by completing related administrative tasks as assignedMaintaining a safe, clean, and organized reception and showroom areaQualifications:Bilingual Spanish language skills are highly preferred.Multiple-line telephone experience is preferredStrong customer service and relationship-building skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Positive attitude and professional demeanor.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment.Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.Benefits and Perks:Medical BenefitsDental PlanVision Plan401-K401-K Employer ContributionsFlexible Spending PlansEmployee Discounts on vehicles, service and partsPay Defined: The Receptionist position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.
