We are now seeking a receptionist to join our team!

Hours:

Saturday/Sunday 7am - 3:30pm

Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday 3:30pm - 11:00pm

As the first face people see and the voice they hear, you set the tone. You'll keep the front desk running smoothly while creating a warm, welcoming space for residents, families, and guests.

What You'll Do:

• Greet visitors with professionalism and heart
• Answer and direct calls like a pro
• Keep records, logs, and the front desk neat and organized
• Monitor call systems and assist with administrative tasks
• Use your Microsoft Office skills to keep things humming
• Hours: Saturday and Sunday: 7am to 3:30pm AND Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 3:30pm to 11:00pm

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year of receptionist or customer service experience
• Strong communicator and multitasker
• Friendly, organized, and tech-savvy
