Bilingual Dental Treatment Coordinator

As a Treatment Coordinator at our private practice, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth practice operations by presenting and closing treatment plans, managing schedules, coordinating patient appointments, and facilitating treatment plan follow-ups. You’ll also help maintain a welcoming environment that makes every patient and team member feel valued and comfortable. What We Offer Base Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour Regular Monthly Bonuses Comprehensive Benefits, including: Health insurance match Dental insurance 401(k) matching Paid Time Off + Paid Holidays Yearly Uniform allowance Key Responsibilities Coordinate patient schedules, ensuring efficiency and minimal wait times Present treatment plans, track planned treatments, and follow up with patients Provide excellent customer service, addressing questions and resolving concerns Handle registration, billing, collections, and cash posting processes Maintain accurate patient records and oversee all filing/organizational systems Contribute to practice goals by effectively managing schedules and supporting revenue targets Uphold Sunrise Smiles Dentistry policies, professional standards, and commitment to service excellence Assist with any additional tasks or projects as needed Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental setting Background in billing and knowledge of dental insurance protocols Strong multitasking and problem-solving capabilities Professional communication skills (verbal, written, and digital) Familiarity with healthcare software and computer systems Ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse team and patient population Our Culture Growth-Minded: We prioritize continuous learning and professional development.
