Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings of clients to identify mental health concerns and formulate appropriate treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy programs that address each client’s unique issues, employing evidence-based practices to track progress and adjust plans as necessary.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic modalities that promote healing and personal development.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to ensure integrated care, sharing insights and strategies for each client's path to recovery.

• Provide education and support to clients’ families, helping them understand mental health challenges and their roles in the treatment process.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of all client interactions in compliance with regulatory standards and ethical requirements, using our integrated electronic health record (EHR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily engage with individuals and families facing diverse mental health issues, including difficulty with interpersonal relationships, communication barriers, anxiety, depression, and trauma recovery. Our clients come from various backgrounds, ensuring that you will utilize a wide range of therapeutic techniques and cultural competency to address their distinct needs effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
