Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Spring Flow, your responsibilities will include:

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans based on each client's unique needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to deliver effective treatment.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies.

• Monitor client progress through regular assessments and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure effectiveness.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate integrated care.

• Stay informed on the latest research and developments in mood disorder treatment to continuously improve your practice.

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards to protect client confidentiality.

• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities to enhance your skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
