AB Staffing is looking for experienced Speech Language Pathologists (or Clinical Fellow) for the upcoming 2025/2026 school year.

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Job Description:

• Openings in Elementary, Middle, and High School
  • Caseload and details of position/classroom type will differ based on school location
• Contract through the 2025/2026 school year - 35 to 40 hours per week
• Contract follows the academic district calendar

Pay:

• $3,400-$3,600 per week

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP or CFY) Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology, Speech Audiology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or similar program.
• Current California SLP license or eligibility for licensure
• CFY applicants welcome and encouraged to apply
• ASHA CCCs (preferred but not required for CFY)
• Positive, energetic, and compassionate approach to education.
• Experience in a school and/or pediatric setting preferred.

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Position Overview: Provide speech and language therapy services to help students improve communication and learning skills.

Essential Functions:

• Identify students needing specialized speech or language services and provide tailored solutions for academic success.
• Conduct individual and group therapy using curriculum-based materials and provide progress reports.
• Supervise support staff, consult with educators, and provide alternative communication systems.
• Create engaging learning environments and promote social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Explore individual learning needs, develop personalized solutions, and implement curriculum goals.
• Model mature behavior, uphold values, and encourage character development.
