Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Embrace Shift Wellness, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals, couples, and families to identify mental health needs and establish treatment plans.

• Providing therapy sessions that encompass both joint and individual counseling, effectively addressing the unique dynamics of family structures.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address various issues such as alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief and loss, familial conflicts, and communication challenges.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and optimal client outcomes.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and adhering to ethical standards and confidentiality policies.

• Participating in regular supervision and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of industry advancements.
