Part-Time IT Tech job at The Arc of Ocean County. Brick, NJ. We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support to users across multiple locations, both remotely and on-site. This role involves administering and maintaining Microsoft 365 services, managing SonicWall firewalls and VPNs, supporting virtual environments via VMware, and ensuring optimal performance of local and cloud-based infrastructure. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for account administration, hardware/software deployment, backups, documentation, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Occasional travel to field sites is required. This position plays a key role in maintaining secure, efficient, and reliable IT operations throughout the organization.
