Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Key Responsibilities Include

• u003 You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers
• u003 Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• u003 Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
• u003 Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• u003 Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Required Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with DOT requirements, qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:

• u003 Have an active driver's license
• u003 Be at least 21 years of age
• u003 Obtain a DOT medical certification
• u003 Provide documentation regarding their previous employment
• u003/ul>

Compensation A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $45,000 - $90,000/Year and is a combination of base salary plus earned commissions.
