Work Environment\n

In this remote role, you will be part of a dynamic telehealth environment that fosters collaboration among mental health professionals. You will leverage modern technology and electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain client records, track progress, and communicate effectively with clients and other care providers. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and identify treatment needs.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address the specific mental health concerns of clients, such as depression, anxiety, and substance abuse.

• Provide regular therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing evidence-based approaches to facilitate client understanding and engagement.

• Offer crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring that clients receive immediate support and resources.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, to coordinate comprehensive care and referrals as needed.

• Document client progress and treatment interventions accurately in our electronic health record systems to ensure compliance and quality of care.

• Continuously educate clients about mental health, coping strategies, and resources available to support their journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with a range of mental health issues, such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Georgia.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution; a Master's degree is strongly preferred.

• A minimum of four years of direct clinical experience working with a diverse range of clients and mental health conditions.

• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment modalities, with a commitment to evidence-based practices.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
