Job Summary The Senior Manager of the FreeWheel Buyer Cloud team will manage a group of account managers responsible for growing existing strategic accounts across leading advertising technology companies and agencies that use FreeWheel Buyer Cloud. The role involves shaping account strategy, fostering a customer‑centric culture, partnering cross‑functionally, and identifying opportunities for product and feature adoption. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of account managers to drive strong client relationships, retention, and revenue growth. Provide ongoing mentorship, performance feedback, and career development guidance, aligning individual goals with broader organizational objectives. Foster a culture of proactive problem‑solving, critical thinking, and customer‑centric decision making. Partner with teams across the organization (Sales, Product, Support, Engineering) to provide seamless client experiences and deliver solutions that meet client objectives. Oversee account strategy and execution, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and alignment with client objectives. Identify skill gaps and implement training, onboarding, and upskilling programs to elevate team capabilities. Drive operational excellence by standardizing processes, improving workflows, and ensuring timely follow‑ups and communication. Act as an escalation point for complex client issues, providing strategic direction and resolution support. Promote knowledge sharing, collaboration, and best practices across the team. Serve as a product expert to evangelize production adoption and usage across the customer base. Lead negotiations for sophisticated commercial agreements with customers. Qualifications 10+ years of digital advertising experience in a customer‑facing role focused primarily on real‑time bidding technologies. 2+ years of experience managing a team. Proven track record of managing and growing large, complex customers utilizing sales acumen, product expertise, and relationship‑building skills. Demonstrated capability of managing a high‑performing team. Experience developing trusted relationships with C‑Suite decision makers. Deep understanding of real‑time bidding mechanics, standards, and protocols. Strong understanding of the digital advertising partner ecosystem, including data, measurement, optimization, and identity. Experience navigating complex commercial negotiations. Hands‑on experience in leading DSP or SSP platforms and knowledge of their strengths and weaknesses. Experience with Salesforce, SQL, Looker, Excel, and PowerPoint. Bachelor’s Degree required. Skills Account Management Digital Marketing Managing Sales Teams Programmatic Media Buying Compensation Pay Range: $159,318.97 – $238,978.46 Targeted Commission: $70,714.20 Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job‑related, non‑discriminatory factors such as experience. Most sales positions are eligible for a commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non‑sales positions are eligible for a bonus.
