Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing significant mental health issues, using evidence-based practices tailored to individual needs.

• Cultivate trusting relationships with clients, ensuring a safe environment where they feel empowered to share their experiences.

• Conduct thorough assessments, screenings, and evaluations to determine the appropriate level of care and develop effective treatment plans.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to collaboratively address client care and operational challenges.

• Deliver individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy sessions, ensuring treatment aligns with clients’ goals and circumstances.

• Monitor and document client progress, maintaining accurate records and reports in compliance with legal and organizational standards.

• Engage in crisis intervention as needed, implementing immediate support strategies to ensure client safety and recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on serving a diverse client base, including individuals struggling with severe mental health disorders, substance use issues, and overall emotional distress. You will be instrumental in guiding these clients through their recovery journeys, providing education, resources, and continuous support, and working to improve their overall wellbeing.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Arizona is required.

• Minimum of two years of direct experience working in a mental health or social services setting.

• Expert knowledge in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment methodologies for populations in crisis.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
