Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.The V-22 Program is seeking a Principal Specialist, Program Management to support On Contract Growth programs within the V-22 Portfolio of Software Development and Integration. The successful candidate will provide leadership oversight to ensure adherence to program schedules, costs, milestones and technical performance, prepare corrective action plans, and coordinate proposal preparation. Growth programs include Capability Defect Packages (CDPs) as well as other new sole source opportunities in development. This position will be accountable for achieving all internal financial goals, supporting process improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance to all applicable policies and procedures. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
