Our client in Telford, PA is seeking a Maintenance Worker to join their team. The ideal candidate will bring strong problem-solving abilities, prior maintenance experience, keen attention to detail, and a proactive mindset that will contribute to success within the organization.

Job Title: Property Maintenance Worker

Location: Telford, PA

Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Shift: 1st

What's the Job?

• Perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, patching, and painting tasks.

• Install hardware as required for various renovation projects.

• Assist in maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of properties.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.

• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

What's Needed?

• Basic knowledge of maintenance tasks such as electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Strong communication skills to interact with team members and clients.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM.
