Youth Independent Living - Regional Supervisor

Overview Intercept Health is a family‑owned agency serving mental and behavioral health, substance use, and foster care needs in Virginia. The assigned region includes one location in Hampton and two in Richmond. Responsibilities As a Regional Supervisor you will work closely with the Program Director and executive team to develop, implement, and evaluate policies and procedures, ensuring quality of care and compliance with the standards for interdepartmental regulation of Child‑Placing Agencies. You will be responsible for direct supervision of child‑placing staff in the assigned region. Education and Experience Required Doctorate or master’s degree in social work from an accredited institution plus three years of casework experience with children and families. Or doctorate or master’s degree in a field related to social work with at least four years of casework experience in a child‑placing agency. Or baccalaureate degree in any field plus five years of case management experience with children and families.
