Teamleitung Customer Service EMEA (m/w/d) Sie übernehmen die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Teams von Customer Service Specialists im internationalen Repair Service Umfeld Dabei steuern Sie das operative Tagesgeschäft und sorgen für eine hohe Servicequalität bei Reparaturanfragen und RMA-Prozessen Des Weiteren verantworten Sie die Bearbeitung und Überwachung der zentralen Sammelmailbox sowie der Kundenhotline des Repair Service Centers Ebenso analysieren Sie Arbeitsvolumen, priorisieren Aufgaben und stellen eine effiziente Ressourcensteuerung innerhalb des Teams sicher Darüber hinaus entwickeln Sie bestehende Prozesse weiter, identifizieren Optimierungspotenziale und begleiten die Umsetzung von Veränderungen Sie übernehmen Verantwortung für bereichsübergreifende Projekte und arbeiten eng mit internen Stakeholdern aus Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics und Customer Service zusammen Zudem überwachen Sie relevante KPIs und leiten geeignete Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Serviceperformance ab Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, ein Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Dabei bringen Sie mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Customer Service, Service Management oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld mit Des Weiteren überzeugen Sie durch ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein Ebenso zeichnen Sie sich durch eine strukturierte, durchsetzungsstarke und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise aus Darüber hinaus kommunizieren Sie souverän auf Deutsch und Englisch und bewegen sich sicher in einem internationalen Umfeld Sie verfügen idealerweise über Erfahrung mit SAP, CRM-Systemen oder vergleichbaren Business-Applikationen Erste Führungserfahrung ist willkommen, aber kein Muss. Wichtiger sind Ihre Fähigkeit, Menschen mitzunehmen und klare Entscheidungen zu treffen.
