Change Management Lead

Description LAKUNA CONSULTING The Change Management Lead plays a critical role in client engagements by designing and executing change strategies that drive adoption, engagement, and proficiency during large-scale business and technology transformations. This role focuses on the people side of change—helping organisations minimise resistance, prepare employees, and sustain long‑term outcomes. Lead end-to-end change management strategy and execution across communications, stakeholder engagement, training, readiness, adoption, and post-go-live support Develop and manage structured, project-specific change plans (communications, training, resistance management, sponsor and coaching roadmaps, readiness assessments) Partner closely with project managers, delivery leads, and cross-functional teams to integrate change activities into overall project plans Identify and manage stakeholders, assess change impacts, anticipate resistance, and recommend mitigation actions Track and analyze adoption, utilization, and proficiency metrics; adjust strategies as needed Build and lead Change Champion/Agent networks to drive engagement and momentum Support leaders and managers in executing employee-facing change activities Lead project change teams, including internal staff and contractors Collaborate with client communications teams to deliver consistent, effective messaging Support development of training materials and employee experience strategies Join our innovative team and contribute to impactful projects that drive business success.
