HR Clerk Schedule: Monday Friday | 7:00 AM 3:30 PM Pay: Starting at $16.50 per hour We are seeking a dependable and organized HR Clerk to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment, interacting with people, and supporting daily business operations. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and able to multitask while maintaining confidentiality and excellent customer service. Responsibilities Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner Direct inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel Operate standard office equipment including copiers, scanners, fax machines, and phone systems Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and databases Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems, including confidential records Prepare and complete forms according to company procedures Coordinate and order food for company events and meetings Support HR and other departments with administrative tasks as needed Work collaboratively with coworkers and management in a team-oriented environment Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Previous office experience preferred Strong computer and data entry skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Professional phone etiquette and communication skills Strong verbal and written communication abilities Ability to maintain confidentiality and stay organized in a busy office setting Why Join Us?
